Getting started with Snapp

Logging in

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has a simple registration and log in process, giving you access to your Snapp editorial dashboard, as well as other ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø services.

We are redesigning Snapp, so the Snapp Campus videos look slightly different from the current system. Updated videos will be released as the redesign progresses. In the meantime, you can get live guidance in our Snapp support sessions.

How to access Snapp

Once you are added to a journal on Snapp, we will send you an email guiding you through the log in process.

You'll first need to create a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø account if you don't already have one.

Creating an account is easy:

  1. Go to the
  2. Enter the details requested

We'll then send a confirmation email. Once you've clicked on the link to verify your email address, you'll be ready to access the Snapp editorial dashboard.

  2. You can update your email address, name or password

Your Snapp editorial dashboard

Once you're logged in, you'll see the Snapp editorial dashboard.

The editorial dashboard is split into three sections:

  1. 'Tasks' shows the manuscripts and tasks that are currently awaiting action by you.
  2. 'Submissions' shows all manuscripts that you have been assigned or have permission to view.

    Depending on your role, you will either see everything that has been submitted to the journal, or only submissions assigned to you.
    Submissions to collections will appear with a note of which collection they are associated with.

  3. 'Analytics' shows journal performance metrics on active and past submissions. This section is available for Lead Editors, Assigning and Recommending Editors and Journal Supervisors only.
