If you are a corresponding author affiliated with a participating institution within the Konsortium Sumber Elektronik Pendidikan Tinggi (KONSEPt), the agreement reached means you can publish your article open access (OA) with fees covered.
More than 20 institutions are participating in the transformative agreement between ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and KONSEPt, meaning that corresponding authors* affiliated with participating institutions are eligible to publish their articles OA with fees covered, in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's portfolio of hybrid journals. In addition, you can enjoy full access to all Springer, Adis, Palgrave and Academic Journals subscription journal content.
*Acting as main contact for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø correspondence after editorial acceptance.

The OA publication service for the following institutions has reached their maximum article allowance:
- International Islamic University Malaysia
- Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
- Universiti Malaysia Sabah
- Universiti Malaysia Sarawak
- Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka
This means the agreement is no longer covering OA publishing fees for authors affiliated to these institutions until further notice.
The option to publish OA via Springer Author Choice is still available to affiliated authors, but the publishing fee will not be covered under the agreement. Authors should use alternative funding sources in order to publish OA or proceed with publication under subscription until the agreement is reactivated.
